    Once we met with Kurtis and he explained everything to us, it was a no-brainer to go with the panels. It’s been over a year now and we are so happy. Because Kurtis was able to calculate the proper number of panels for us we did not get a true-up bill in January, we actually got a small credit.     From the start to finish, this company is a class act! The initial contact with the rep, Kurtis, was educational, interesting, and fun. He answered every question, knew the product completely, made sure the placement was perfect for our house, and kept in contact while waiting for the installation. During installation, the installers were fast, efficient, very neat, and patient with explaining how the Walls and the internet info worked together. When I had questions about the process, I always got the answer quickly from the office, and once (believe it or not) the CEO even called to give me a detailed answer to a question. It's been several years, and the Walls are fabulous--we don't even know that there have been blackouts because they kick in immediately. Best idea we ever had!!

    About a month before I met Braden, I had a sales presentation experience with another large solar system sales/installation company. The rep as it turned out, was an independent contractor who fast-talked me into signing docs that looked like a contract to me, but he claimed was not indeed a contract. I exercised my cancellation right within 24 hours and vowed not to work with a large company, based in another state. Braden came in to my living room, first asked what I had in mind, then explained the strengths and weaknesses of my inexperienced plan. We worked through the reality of achieving my goals and the cost of doing so the right way. Additionally I had no expectation of taking advantage of the NEM 2 program as it was ending within two weeks and I knew there were many many potential buyers pushing to get PG&E approval before the onset of NEM 3. Braden’s team at Sun First somehow managed to get me approval for the expiring program even before I was able to get the downpayment for the project to them. I felt that this company was really trying to help me be successful for the long run.
