Having had solar for 12+ years a leak showed up. Westhaven sent tech out to assess and fix. Tech was very knowlegable, friendly and fixed the broken tile that probably had a hairline fracture by installers and over the years it broke the tile and shifted. All this and no charge!!!!! Way to go westhaven, would recommend these guys 4 ur solar needs.

Westhaven in Yuba City has been hands-down the absolute best buying, planning and installation experience with any company in any industry in my opinion. When I was looking for solar panels last year, I called multiple companies and compared multiple quotes. My biggest problem in searching for the right solar panels was finding the right company that would help me fit my needs, budget and energy usage. My biggest motivation in getting solar panels was utilizing the expiring 30% tax credit as well as getting the panels up and running fast smooth and worry-free. After calling multiple big brand solar companies, I saw an emerging theme, no one really wanted my best interest and only what would make them the most money. Adam and Steve at West Haven are a great team to work with. It was nice to be able to sit in the office, one on one, with them and go over all the detail planning and preliminary placement of solar panels on my roof etc. With such a large investment, I wanted to make sure I get the best bang for the buck. When getting the system, I wanted to make sure that I have a setup for high amperage electric vehicle charging and the guys at Westhaven were able to help me with those needs as well. When choosing a company that gives you a lot of value for your money, West Haven not only installs solar, they do HVAC, roofing, electrical. When they came out to put my panels up, they actually ended up repairing some of my concrete roof tiles as well to make sure that I have a reliable and worry-free system for the years to come. Another thing I really liked was they offered rodent protection against pigeons and other pests around the solar panels. My entire solar system has a metal mesh that guards from any animals entering underneath the panels. Having children in the house, it is very important to have a healthy house without any pigeon dropping to deal with. Unfortunately now, my neighbors with solar panels have to worry about pigeons as they nest under those panels instead. I went with a 10 kilowatts system from Panasonic which included Enphase microinverters on each panel. Those microinverters not only make the installation a lot faster and cleaner, they reduces all the bulk you have to install on the side of your house  All I have  is one little box  that has all the hardware to connect to the Internet so I can monitor my system remotely and get system performance reports to my email and app on my phone. If anything goes wrong with the system, West Haven can get a hold of me as well as. Speaking of things going wrong with the system, when I had a question about the app and monitoring my energy usage I was able to talk to a person at the local office and he was able to resolve my issues quickly. Thank you Tracy for being available to get any issues resolved fast, usually the same for next day. Considering all the support and help you get from a local company like Westhaven, it was really a very easy decision to make with regards to which company to go with.
