    I had an existing contract with Sunrun on my house when I purchased it that was not covering my energy usage. They conducted a 'solar study' to determine how to better equip the home and advised adding solar panels and batteries. In their proposal, they listed the "Updated Monthly Payment" would be $2XX and promised the panels would provide over 100% of our energy usage.

    If I could leave no stars, I would. From the jump this project has been NOTHING but false expectations followed up with poor communication. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company. I’ve given Sunrun over 4 months to get it together and streamline this process. Yet every concern I have goes on deaf ears and they make no adjustments. I terminated my contact after 4 months of hoop after hoop after hoop. If I had to give someone friendly advice STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUNRUN. Literally go anywhere else as this project was a disaster. Those who were assigned to this should be embarrassed by themselves.
