I met with 10 different solar installers over 3 months and narrowed my choice down to ArtGreen based on the price, equipment and reviews. At the time, there were only 49 reviews so I was a little skeptical. But then I had a conversation with Haim a second time as well with the second company I was considering. Haim was able to describe the scope of the work, the possible delays from the city for solar installation and a realistic time line of when the install would be completed. The other company.... not so much. The installers from ArtGreen were very professional. I had explained to them what I wanted covered as critical loads and they made sure to include those items. I had questions during the installation and they were accommodating. Weather added to the delay but once the installation was finished and PTO was granted, the solar system has been performing beyond expectations. Occasionally, I have random questions and Haim responds to my emails in a quick fashion. Very satisfied with my experience with ArtGreen.
