After meeting with representatives from 4 local solar providers we chose First Response largely due to Dylan's professionalism and knowledge, as well as the technology that the company offers. Dylan on the business side, Chaz in charge of installation, and all of their associates were fantastic. Everything was as seamless as one could hope, and our system was up and running quite soon after we signed the contract. The system has been operating for two months now and we remain very happy with with the workmanship provided by First Response and our energy production and storage system.

Chaz and Dylan (a dynamic brother duo) from First Response Solar installed our solar system. They were extremally knowledgeable, had great communication and customer service leading up to the installation. They went above and beyond during the installation to hide the solar conduits in the attic and inside our walls. We are extremely particular about how things look around our house and First Response Solar met and exceeded our expectations. We were expecting them to charge us more for the additional work we had them do but one of the owners was on site and said they would not charge us for the extra work. We are so happy with our system, and we would give this company 10 stars if we could.
