    By using V-3 and installing solar system my monthly electricity bill doubled. Prior to Solar my average PG&E bill was $286.00 a month. With V-3 solar; I pay $265.00 a month for the next 20 years. Just received my PG&E bill for $280.00. My home uses on average 947 kilowatts per month. V-3 solar system produces 97.4 kilowatts per month. Haven’t had a power outage, hasn’t been foggy at 4000 ft., in fact we’ve had sun most days, all day. In talking with people with experience; to compete with my low PG&E bill they didn’t sell me enough solar panels and I should have gotten two Tesla backup batteries. But that would have doubled by contract price to $530.00. How do these people sleep at night? My husband and I are retired on fixed incomes. Both is poor health and the certainly don’t need the stress of these bills. Why take advantage of the elderly V-3 Solar ????? My next review will be sent to the California District Attorney’s Consumer Fraud Division. I strongly encourage others that were lied to and told “you can use all the power you want with solar” to do the same.

    We haven't had a very positive experience, as of yet. A couple of months after starting, the system failed and it was a real hassle communicating with the Customer Service, of the installers, to get some action to solve our problem. We were out of production from Aug. to the end of Nov. (Peak sun times). The main fault was with the wifi system and the service 'they' chose to wifi and gather the production information. The first couple of months, max sun exposure time of year, we had excellent progress. For a couple of months there was no PG&E payments and the true up payment value dropped to zero. But, dealing with the installers customer service and getting someone out to repair took us into the time of year of 'low solar angle on solar panels and the production is not great. So far it's not positive.

    I've had the pleasure of being aggressively tailgated by a V3 Electric van (license plate: 2040853 or similar) while driving on the 5 South towards Sacramento. It was very rainy, dark, and windy, and I was behind another car (am I expected to ram into the back of that car to go faster?), but I guess it was a solar emergency because the driver of the V3 solar vine was also flashing their brights at me while tailgating me for several miles. What a great way to advertise their service!

    I’m sorry to say that this is the worst company to deal with and I wish I had never signed a contract with them. The communication is non-existent now. Before I signed, they answered the phone and even got back to me but now that nothing they promised is happening, they will not answer or they just put me on hold and say everyone is busy and no one calls me back. Everything has been a lie. Solar is not produced during power outages! Utility has the power over my system! I’m in the high fire zone with battery incentivized but they never gave me the discount they promised! Save yourself the hassle and find another company to work with!

    Shocking how this company is able to stay in business. In our experience the sales team was great, customer service ok, but the construction and contracting side is horrific. We had innumerable problems with the install, now three years later we have to do a re-roof (they told us our roof was fine...never should have accepted that). We paid V3 for remove and reinstall of the solar panels for the reroof and they won't confirm an appointment....been waiting for over three weeks. Still no idea if they will remove the panels when the roofer shows up in a week. If you are reading this...don't be enticed by a solid sales job. Do yourself a favor, STAY FAR AWAY FROM V3!
